What Happens Before Your Package Leaves Our Facility
ONEMARTLY reviews, verifies, quality-checks, and packages each order before dispatch. This entire pre-shipment process takes 3–7 business days. All timeframes are calculated in business days only. In most cases, orders are forwarded to our fulfillment facility within 48 hours of placement. That handoff marks the start of the 3–7 business day window — it does not replace or shorten it.
What Happens While Your Package Is in Transit
After dispatch, your package moves through international logistics channels. Delivery to your location takes 14–30 business days from the moment it leaves our facility. This in-transit phase is managed by carriers, customs authorities, and local logistics providers — not by ONEMARTLY.
What’s Outside Our Control — And Why
The 14–30 business day transit window reflects typical international movement under standard conditions. However, delivery timing may be affected by factors entirely outside ONEMARTLY’s operational scope:
• Public holidays
• Severe weather conditions
• Customs inspections
• Transportation disruptions
• Destination-specific import requirements
These are third-party events — not part of ONEMARTLY’s internal workflow. Because they fall beyond our control, all estimated delivery times are provided as estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. ONEMARTLY is responsible for order preparation and dispatch. Responsibility ends once the package is handed over to the carrier.
